Conditions
The basis for an assignment is a formal "assignment request"
with a detailed description of, in particular:
the company or organisation requesting assistance;
the problem to be solved;
what the Senior Expert would be expected to do;
the basic aim of the assignment;
the necessary qualification of the Senior Expert
Major
criteria include:
improving the qualifications of local personnel;
improving productivity and effectiveness;
contributing to the creation and safeguarding of jobs;
contributing to environmental protection;
and that the function cannot be performed by local consultants.
Exclusion
criteria include:
assignments in the fields of armaments, high-tech and high-chem;
unauthorised passing on of protected knowledge and patents;
the filling of line functions with Senior Experts

Payment
Reliefs:
Where the client is unable to bear the travel expenses, project
handling and incidental costs, either in part or in full, public
funds may, under certain circumstances, be employed.
