DANIEL BROWN
Managing Director

Born in London, England, Daniel spent his formative years in Tanzania, where his love of Africa was nurtured. Daniel then moved, with his family, to the Seychelles, where he spent a number of years before returning to England to complete his education.

Daniel obtained a degree in Travel and Tourism / Marketing, and then embarked upon a career in travel with Thomas Cook, quickly being promoted to the level of Branch Manager for their high profile Central London offices.

In 1995 Daniel returned to Africa, as operations manager for a large inbound tour operator based in Johannesburg.

In the time he has been in Southern Africa, Daniel has travelled extensively, building up a vast product knowledge of the tourism industry. He has established himself firmly upon the tourism map, and gained much respect amongst suppliers and clients alike, for his professional approach to destination management.

A keen sportsman, and world-wide traveller, Daniel now divides his time between the head office of dmAFRICA in South Africa and the Sales Office of Destination Professionals in Europe.
